1. Introduction

Welcome to NSS ERP ("we", "the Company"). We provide specialized accounting and management software systems offered for purchase, monthly rental, or installments, together with add-on modules and custom system development, and an online portal for managing accounts, subscriptions, and payments. By using the website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, subscription, or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Services and Pricing

Our systems and prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinars. "From" indicates that final pricing depends on the number of users, branches, and required modules, and is fixed in the quotation or signed agreement with the customer. Starting rental prices cover up to two users; additional users are subject to a quotation. The Company may modify displayed prices without retroactive effect on existing agreements.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity under their account, and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use. Sign-in via identity providers (Google, Facebook, or Microsoft) is also subject to those providers' terms.

4. Electronic Payments

Payments are processed electronically via the MadfooatCom gateway (eFAWATEERcom, payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), via PayPal where available, or by agreed means such as CliQ. By submitting a payment, the customer authorizes the payment provider to process the transaction. We do not store complete card data; it is processed securely by the authorized payment provider. Additional fees or taxes may apply where disclosed before payment, and PayPal payments may be presented in a non-JOD currency at a rate shown before completion.

5. Monthly Rental

Rental is a recurring monthly subscription due on the date shown in the customer's account. In case of late payment, the Company may, after reasonable notice, suspend the service or system access until dues are settled. A rented system remains licensed for use while the subscription is active; rental does not transfer ownership.

6. Installments

Systems may be purchased in installments over 6 to 10 months, with a minimum monthly installment of 100 JOD, per the schedule recorded in the customer's account. If installments cease, the Company may suspend the license or service until arrears are settled, with due installments remaining payable. The purchase license completes upon full payment.

7. Accountant Discount Codes

The Company may issue discount codes for accountants and accounting offices for the benefit of their clients. A code is personal to its holder, and the Company may deactivate or adjust it at any time without affecting transactions completed beforehand. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

8. Installation, Training and Support

Advertised prices include installation and basic training unless stated otherwise. Support and updates are provided as agreed with the customer or per the subscription plan. The customer must provide a suitable technical environment for running the system (hardware, network, permissions).

9. Company Data and National E-Invoicing

The customer may be asked to provide business details (name, tax number, address, logo, etc.) and JoFotara national e-invoicing credentials to prepare their system. The customer warrants the accuracy of this data and remains responsible for it; we use it solely to prepare and operate their services and protect it from unauthorized access.

10. License and Intellectual Property

All systems, software, designs, logos, and content are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual-property laws. The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within their business and for the agreed number of users. Copying, modifying, reselling, sub-renting, or reverse-engineering the systems without written permission is prohibited.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Given the nature of software and installation/training services, amounts paid for systems that have been installed or activated, and for subscription periods that have commenced, are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing or required by law. Customers may stop rental renewal before the next due date without incurring new obligations.

12. Prohibited Activities

Use of the website or systems for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, unlawful activities, impersonation, attempts to breach or disrupt the website or payment systems, misuse of discount codes, or any use contrary to these Terms or payment-network rules is prohibited.

13. Availability and Third-Party Services

We aim to provide a reliable website and services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, failures, hosting or payment providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The website integrates with third-party services (MadfooatCom, PayPal, sign-in providers, hosting) governed by those parties' terms and policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for losses arising solely from inaccurate information provided by the customer, misuse of the system or an unsuitable operating environment at the customer's side, third-party payment, telecom, or internet failures, or events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Suspension and Termination

The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or service upon breach of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of fraud or unlawful activity, material non-payment, or security risks, notifying the customer where reasonably possible.

16. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, payment arrangements, or legal requirements. The latest version is published on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the competent courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan have jurisdiction over any dispute unless the law provides otherwise.
